La Natura Casa terms and conditions for all purchases made online.
DELIVERY TO CANADA
All our orders are shipped by different transport companies (mostly by the local delivery company), within 3 to 10 working days. Postal costs linked to delivery are automatically applied to the total amount of your order when purchasing online.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept any exchanges, we do not make any refunds or price adjustments on our products and accessories. It is currently impossible to cancel an order. If a problem arises, you can always contact us by email at info@lanaturacasa.ca with your order number.
If you have allergies, be sure to look at the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. If you experience a skin reaction, consult a healthcare professional. Send us a photo by email with an explanation so that we can guide you.
CONTROL PROBLEMS
La Natura Casa is not responsible for lost orders, damaged products, or delivery errors caused by carriers. Before confirming the purchase, the buyer must ensure that they provide the correct delivery address and payment information before finalizing their order.
