DELIVERY IN CANADA
All our orders are shipped by different transport companies (mostly by the local company livrapide), within 3 to 10 business days. Postal charges related to delivery are automatically applied to the total amount of your order during online purchase.
Delivery and undelivered packages
We make every effort to ensure reliable and secure delivery of each of your orders.
Delivery responsibility
We remain responsible for your order until it is confirmed as delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. In the event of a lost package before delivery, an investigation will be opened with the carrier, and an appropriate solution may be offered.
Packages marked as delivered
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier to the provided address, responsibility for the package is transferred to the recipient.
Consequently, La Natura Casa cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. No refunds will be issued in these situations.
Recommendations
If you live in an area prone to theft, we strongly recommend that you:
- choose a secure delivery address (workplace, relative, etc.)
- use an in-store pickup option when available
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept exchanges, and we do not offer refunds or price adjustments on our products and accessories. It is currently not possible to cancel an order. If a problem occurs, you can always contact us by email at info@lanaturacasa.ca with your order number.
If you have allergies, make sure to carefully check the ingredient list before purchasing. If you experience a skin reaction, consult a healthcare professional. Send us a photo by email with an explanation so we can guide you.
ORDER ISSUES
La Natura Casa is not responsible for lost orders, damaged products, or delivery errors caused by carriers. Before confirming the purchase, the buyer must ensure they provide the correct delivery address and payment information before finalizing their order.
PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We only accept payments by Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- If you cancel your reservation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of $25 plus taxes will apply.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of $35 plus taxes will apply.
- If the cancellation is made with more than 48 hours' notice, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by phone according to the information provided during booking.
