Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• If you cancel your reservation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of $25 plus taxes will be applied.
• If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of $35 plus taxes will be applied.
• If cancellation is made with more than 48 hours notice, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by telephone according to the information provided at the time of booking.
