Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your reservation. Here is our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- If you cancel your reservation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of $25 plus tax will be applied.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of $35 plus tax will be applied.
- For Headspa and Laser services, cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or in case of no-show will incur a fee of $50 + tax.
- If the cancellation is made with more than 48 hours' notice, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by telephone, depending on the information provided at the time of booking.
