Reflet is a safe space for better understanding oneself and others. A game for those who aren't afraid to be vulnerable.
The skin is the largest organ in the human body. It protects us, connects us to the world, yet it reveals so little about what lies beneath. Reflet draws inspiration from this metaphor: what if we looked beyond the surface?
Reflet is much more than a conversation game: it's an invitation to slow down, reflect, and discover.
This game can be played solo or with others. It consists of questions divided into three levels of depth, inspired by the layers of the skin:
EPIDERMIS
- Light, accessible questions that scratch the surface: perfect for breaking the ice or gently starting introspection.
DERMIS
- A little deeper: here we touch on life experiences, emotions, and perceptions of the world.
HYPODERMIS
- The core of the subject. These questions target the center of oneself, where values, wounds, great truths, and heartfelt impulses reside.
How to play?
SOLO
- Grab a notebook, a pen, and make some time for yourself. One question a day or several in a row – go at your own pace. Let the words flow, without pressure. This is your moment.
GROUP
- Form a circle, draw a card in turn, and each answer the same question. Truly listen. Ask additional questions if you feel like it. Don't try to "complete the card," try to understand each other.
You choose the pace.
You can start with the most superficial questions and gradually dive deeper, or simply mix all the cards and let chance guide the intensity of the reflection.
